Hello!

Adecco is a recruitment company here in the UK, it used to be known as Alfred Marks, then it became Adecco Marks and then a few years ago, just Adecco!

Maybe they have branched out into hotels, but I haven't heard that they were diversifying....

Do you mean Peebles

If you do a google search under catering colleges Scotland, I'm sure you will come up with some information about finding good catering courses.

Hi there Fallen-angel,

How about this as a suggestion - why not try out the Scottish Hotel School which is part of Strathclyde University?

This is the website I know there are undergrad placements available in all sorts of courses, sure to be postgrad places too, and also night school or part time courses as well, check out the site as a starting place anyway?

Best Wishes
