Need Help

A while ago I had to un-install my UK info disk and today I have once again
to get it up and running BUT it is now telling me that I am missing a
dll called ctreestd...I found have info on it but nowhere can I
download it(not that I have a clue what to do with it when I do
download it...lol)!!

As the guy who usually helps me when I get stuck is un-available I
thought I would ask you guys and gals to see if you can !!

And save it into your c:\windows\system\ folder.
