lol nice one !
i think it wid go from the McDuffs to McAlpines, but ah dont huv a clue lol (maybe via Ferguson????? dunno lol) on more serious note, maybe we should take a line again if we get independance, Duthill you would be best quailified to tell us who (if you think so too) i don't think the stewarts did right by us, even though my clan supported them, they were okay a house, but naw. there's the Ballio house which i know very little about, and another house whos name escapes me at present. I was thinking about Royality, Modern Royalty IMHO should be diffrent to all the bells and whistles of old, visa vi~ only a King Queen and imidiate family, no stragglers pocketing pubilc cash. what do you guys think? also lol if we canny find the 'stone of destiny' we could Sir Wallaces sword imbedded in rock under the throne. it's maybe a daft idea to have a monarchy in this day and age, but i still swell up at the thought of it. any thoughts? cheers :-) Dava |

my Scots ancestors were Highlanders on one side , and Boarder Reivers on the other . Royalty in general , were just another rock in the road to a comfortable existance. I see no reason to feel differently. It might be an idea if you do some indepth research the history of the clan McAlpine. You will find that they are a relatively modern group . They are not to be confused with the Siol Alpin , although the McAlpines may be a recent stem from that great family of clans . |
