ya i was born in Edmonton,Alberta (Canada) but at the age of two i moved to Whitehorse,Yukon (Canada) and was raised up there, but we just moved back down to Edmonton and now i'am living around here.

Hello Mathew! Nice to see another Laidlaw here. My name is Daphne Olive Laidlaw. Most of my family is in BC, although there are a few in Alberta. My grandfather was Ralph Notham Laidlaw from Edinburgh. He came over with his oldest brother George around 1900. My oldest brother's name is Ralph after my grandfather which is a traditional way of naming sons. Would your father or grandfather be named Alfred?

I am the granddaughter of Ralph Notman Laidlaw who was born in 1880 in Scotand. My dad, Neil Howard Laidlaw, was his youngest child. I am looking for any information on Ralph's family in Scotland.
