Southernmrs - Yep! If you call it the War Between the States, instead of the Civil War, you're a died in the wool southern girl. The only thing more certain would have been if you called it "The War of Northern Aggression". I hope that no matter how old you are, you still call your father "Daddy". Now on to genealogy: I know about the courthouse problem - the one where my relatives are from was burned down too. There are several ways to get around it.
