One would think so, I was reading somewhere the other day that it is being shown in 103 countries so far so it's hard to imagine USA Wouldn't be one since the sport is played pro level there. Pretty sure Setanta cover Super League and NRL games so they are probably the best bet.
Just checked the rlwc08.com broadcast page and it only shows ESPN360.com as the broadcaster for the USA for the monet but it needs updating seeing as only about 15 countries are on the list so Setanta may have got the rights by now.
