Interesting idea, however I'd suggest the following:
1. Register a company name.
2. Put up you prices.
The reasons for this are many but principly having a Ltd company will add credibility to your business. At £15 your prices are way too cheap. That might sound daft but I'd put a price tag more in the range of £50 to £100 plus vat for a small property and work upwards from there.
