We were discussing Ladino when you asked your question....I do believe you got lost between the title of the thread and my discussion on language and Gaelic tribes and roots....I did answer the question as to what links were for my language post...other than that you are on your own lol! If I want to get that sidetracked I will borrow a good 4X4 and hit the dusty trails....lol!
As for fantasy if you have Sephardic Jewish linguistics in your European language that I think that might be a bit of a red flag to say some mixing was going on....somewhere..there was definate mixing in Spain and many Gaels came from Spain including many Gaels in Ireland....and mixing if not of the people in some areas... definately of the language and the fact that they were all in close proximity to each other even that far back...that and other findings certainly have me interested in not saying one way or the other that it is a definate no....

The statue of the dying Gaul in Turkey has always disturbed and haunted me ever since I first saw its depiction....way back when I was young...here is a link to it

Also there was a Gallic Jewish Congregation of Christians in Turkey in the first century in Galacia...Christians certainly could marry each other...so the possibilities of them mixing there is even more probable for that area....the book is definately not closed on the issue for those who are deeply interested about the actual scientific truth of the matter.
