I absolutely believe you. My sister married a Czech. Her husband's entire family was over at our house one time that i'll never forget.... i was 13 years old. Her husband had 9 brothers and 2 sisters, i think. All but one brother were older, and they brought with them real Russian Wadkah (Vodka). I'm not talking about the stuff imported legally. So here i am, 13 years old, and have no idea, really, what alcohol does. The older brothers gather round and one of them hands me a shot glass filled to the brim. (in their culture, they start EVERYTHING young. The youngest brother learned to drive when he was 11).I take hold of the glass but guy doesn't let go... he waits until i'm looking in his eyes... and then he says, carefully, "whatever you do...........
don't taste it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and then he makes a quick tipping motion to show i should toss it down. Well, i do. OMG!!!!!!! I thought i was on FIRE. I think you probably could have flown a military jet airplane on that stuff!!!!!!! After that i was HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!! ....no doubt drunk as a skunk.
