I'm not a morning person really.. I don't like to be rushed actually.. I can move pretty quick when I have to.. but basically.. I would rather be a turtle..
Usually in bed by 12:30am.. and up at 4:30-5:00am.. So I think the slow moving is from just being exhausted.. lol..
