My son has been accepted to a Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh to complete his Masters Degree. He has booked a flight from Victoria BC Canada for August 29th however has left the student Visa too long. The best he could do for an appointment is August 20th in Vancouver. He has all the necessary paperwork from the school, all funding necessary and a valid Canadian Passport. He was born and raised in Victoria BC Canada. Is there anyway he can apply for the Student Visa after he arrives in Scotland?... Will the schools paperwork be enough. His course is 12 months..... Any information would be greatly appreciated...
